Spice up your Holiday Season! 

Surprise your special someone with a 12-Day Christmas Celebration. You may do something special on each day or you may give him gifts each day. You may start your surprise,  twelve days before Christmas.

Sticky Surprise

Surprises don’t need to be always grand or extravagant. You can melt someone’s heart even with a simple gift or idea that comes from the heart.

It is a sure fact that people got emotional with just a simple note, what more with a hundred or thousand notes! This is very simple. All you need are sticky papers (preferably different colors and I recommend post-it because it is really sticky, I’m sure you don’t want to ruin your surprise by losing some of your messages), pen (a readable one), and your mushy words.

What should you write? You can choose from these ideas:
• Just write the word “I love you” on all the sticker papers
• Messages or words you really wanted to say
• Compile sweet quotes or messages from the internet
• Your promises (of course that are not meant to be broken)
• Reasons why you love him/her

And post it on the wall. You may create a heart-shape out of those messages or you can just post it all over the wall. Fill the wall with your love notes and let love fill the air.

Scavenger Hunt

You might be curious why we included such game in this blog. I included this to share a simple, unique, and sweet wedding proposal. 

What are your Goals?

1. Let her remember how your relationship started.

2. Reminisce every sweet memories and places you have.

3. Make her realize how much you love her and how much you wanted her to be part of your life.
4. And let her respond to your wedding proposal.

What to do?

1. Create your map. Put at least 5 hidden treasure spots.
    In my sample map, I indicated all our favorite places.

2. Get 12 pieces of long stem flower (her favorite flower).
    Put 1 stem on your every clue card. The remaining flowers will be given by you.

3.  Create clue cards and put it in a bottle. Each bottle are kept as treasures.
      Put a flower near the treasure.

     My sample clue cards:

        a. My CLUE 1, which comes with the map: 

 "The first time I saw you I knew it was true. 

That I'd love you forever and that's what I'll do." 

The first day I saw you, you were talking with your friends, 

I notice your smile, so dear so divine. 

Go to the place where I always dreamt that you are mine.

because that is where we met)_. 

        b. My CLUE 2, scavenged from the area of the coconut bench:

"When I first saw you I was afraid to talk to you, 

When I first talked to you I was afraid to like you,

When I first liked you I was afraid to love you, 

Now that I love you I'm afraid to lose you."

I'm so lucky to be given a chance to love you,

And a chance to be loved by you. 

I always wanted to be with you, in a paradise oh so true!

Because having you means living with an angel.

I just wished we also have our own cherubims.

        e. My CLUE 5, scavenged from the area of the Park and Play:

4. At the church, stay near the altar so that she can easily see you. Then do your proposal speech.

You & Me Drawing

I love surprises and I love surprising someone. Today I would like to share one of my simple yet a very sweet surprise. 

Go get a paper and draw a stick girl and a stick boy using crayons. Draw a cute simple one, that would look like a child from kindergarten drew it. Write your names under the stick girl and stick boy and put a heart in the middle or you may also put your names inside a heart instead. 

Put your drawing in a big brown envelop, print a notice and his mailing address on a paper (that would look like that it is a work-related document) and paste it on the brown envelop.

NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION OF:

Mr. Miguel Fernando

7th Floor XYZ Building, Orange St. 

Manila

Then send it to his office via air mail or courier.

Your guy/girl will surely be surprised with this and will surely love such a sweet act.
